The Bachelor of Science in Ministry Management & Leadership degree is designed to train students to become leaders and administrators in churches, para-church organizations, and other ministry organizations. The degree combines the essentials of a business education with a solid foundation in Biblical Studies and Christian Ministries. This degree is designed to:
Provide those interested in serving as church business administrators with the business, Bible, and ministry background to enter such positions immediately after graduation in denominations that do not require a seminary degree to become a church business administrator.
Provide an ideal pre-seminary degree for those interested in serving as church administrators in denominations that require a seminary degree for such individuals.
Provide appropriate training for individuals interested in serving in positions of leadership or administration in various para-church organizations, such as the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Campus Crusade for Christ, Teen Mania, etc.
Provide those interested in serving in ministry organizations on a part-time basis while working full-time with the business background necessary to be gainfully employed.
